ART SG 2025
Southeast Asia’s Contemporary Pulse
For the Motion Storytellers

More than a motion design symposium, PIXORAMA is a regional platform devoted to the crafts and imagination of screen-based creativity.
Organised by Filamen, PIXORAMA has become a convergence point for Southeast Asia’s creative communities – a space where motion designers, artists, filmmakers, educators and students from across the region meet to learn, experiment and celebrate the artistry behind the moving image.
To grow PIXORAMA’s presence in Southeast Asia, RUBIX shaped a narrative-led approach that moved beyond conventional publicity route. Regionally, we focused on targeted outreach to creative and design media, spotlighting featured speakers and artists from across the region to anchor the symposium within Southeast Asia’s motion and screen-based creative landscape.
In Malaysia, our focus was on relevance over scale. We centred the strategy on community-building, working closely with universities, creative institutions and event listing platforms to reach students, educators and practitioners within the creative ecosystem.
The strategy centered on storytelling, emphasising the fusion of tradition and technology, bridging the old and new, and strategically aligned with the celebrations of Merdeka and Malaysia Day. The narrative was meticulously crafted to engage audiences effectively, while a multi-faceted approach was deployed to ensure broad visibility across various audience segments throughout the country.
TERANG lit up not just buildings but imaginations. The campaign received coverage across major Malaysian news outlets and social platforms, sparking public interest in urban heritage and Southeast Asia’s rising new media talent.
